Pickup/Drop off

For safety reasons, please do not approach the trailer when picking up and dropping off your dog for their appointment. Please send a text when you have arrived, and I will come out to you. Please also ensure that your dog is on a leash when you drop them off.

Cancellations

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to pay 50% of the groom price before the appointment can be rescheduled

Aggressive dogs/bite risks

If you are aware that your dog has shown aggression towards another groomer, please let me know in advance so that I can take extra precautions when handling your dog.

Payment

Payment will need to be made the same day of your appointment, and can be made by cash or card

Extra charges

Extra charges may be added on top quoted prices if your dog requires de-matting, or if they are highly agitated and cause the appointment to run longer
